Ian Armstrong is the founder and director of the consultancy. Obtaining experience with property developers and construction firms alike while also gaining international experience, in Zimbabwe and the Middle East (Qatar).

This experience has put him in a position to understand all aspects of the project and services required and advising on such process and professional aspects.
